More than 100 Officers from different formations under command to the Security Force Headquarters in Jaffna listened to a lecture on "The way forward for the professional development in the Army" on Saturday (1) at the Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna auditorium.

It was conducted by Colonel Wipula Chandrasiri, Deputy Commandant Ranaviru Sevana Ragama as part of training and educative programmes launched by the Jaffna Commander. |
