Colonel T.M.R.B Rathnayake assumed office as the Commander 511 Brigade in Jaffna on 23 December 2019.

The newly-appointed Brigade Commander left his signature in an official document and symbolized the acceptance of his new office amidst 'Pirith' chanting of the Maha Sangha.

Afterwards he planted a mango sapling in the Headquarters premises to mark the day.

Staff officers, Officers and Other Ranks of the Brigade were present at the occasion. |
