A basic Tamil Language Course, aimed at enhancing Tamil proficiency among military personnel of the 66 Division under the guidance of Major General Mangala Wijesundara, General Officer Commanding, 66 Infantry Division came to a draw on Thursday (19).

The two-week long course was followed by 20 students at the Battalion Training School in Arasapurakulam under the supervision of Lieutenant Colonel Prashantha Ekanayaka, Chief Instructor. On the final day, the students performed dramas and songs using Tamil language to show their skills. This will help students to maintain civil-military relations in a better manner. |
