A valuable lecture on ‘Emerging Threats to National security: Multinational Cooperation and Non-state actors’ was delivered by the Commanding Officers and other Officers of 14 Sri Lanka Sinha Regimentt at the Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) on Wednesday (4) to the Officers of the SFHQ-MLT, to coincide with an Officer on Training day (Dec 4).

This concept was introduced by the Commander, Security Forces - Mullaittivu who graced the event, together with under Command establishment senior Officers and eighty plus senior Officers. |
