Inamaluwa-based 53 Division Headquarters, taking a new initiative took to sapling planting inside the camp premises on Sunday (6) following a project proposed by Major General P.J Gamage, General Officer Commanding, 53 Division.

1000 plus herbal, fruit and other useful saplings were planted inside the premises with the objective of making the premises more greenery and environment friendly.

Major General Gamage with hundreds of his troops launched the project throughout the day. |
