In the wake of continuing adverse weather patterns, Security Force Headquarters - Central (SFHQ-Cen) on the directions of Major General Laksiri Waduge, Commander, Security Forces -Central carried out Shramadana (self-help) projects to clean the Diyatalawa hospital, Diyatalawa Ayurveda hospital and Diyatalawa Army hospital surroundings on Wednesday (25).

A total of 62 troops, including two officers took part in the project in order to prevent any outbreak of possible Dengue epidemic amid heavy rain falls. Employees of those hospitals also joined the troops during the programme. |
