A group 27 troops of the 112 Brigade of the Security Force Headquarters- Central, including an Officer on being informed of a sudden bush-fire spreading across Ella rock area in Kumbalwela in Badulla district rushed to the location and helped other volunteers to extinguish it on Friday (23).

Troops attended to the emergency on the directions of Major General Laksiri Waduge, Commander, Security Forces-Central and under the guidance of General Officer Commanding 11 Division and the 112 Brigade Commander. |
