Mr Riccardo Chelleri, Policy Officer of Democracy and Election Division, European External Action Service and a delegation of the European Union paid a courtesy visit to the Security Forces Headquarters - Jaffna (SFHQ-J) during their visit to the Northern Province on Friday (9).

The delegation was warmly welcomed by Major General Ruwan Wanigasooriya, Commander, Security Forces - Jaffna.

The discussions centred on gestures of reconciliation, confidence-building, development and security situation. |
