22 Division troops of the Security Force Headquarters-East joined hands with Marine Environment Protection Authority (MEPA) personnel and helped organize a Coral Conservation Project along the coastline in Trincomalee around 22 Division Headquarters premises on Saturday (27).

The programme got underway in response to a request made by the Assistant Manager North and Eastern Province of MEPA Mr Sripathy Thirunarukkarasu to the General Officer Commanding 22 Division Major General Nevil Weerasinghe. A large group of environmentalists and civilians attended it. |
