The outgoing Director of the Sri Lanka Army Health Services Major General K P Sumanapala visited the Field Military hospital at the Security Force Headquarters-Wanni on Saturday (23 )in order to inspect the function of the newly-renovated hospital and address the hospital staff, prior to his retirement in early April 2019.

Major General K.P Sumanapala had a close look at the proper function of the hospital and appreciated the dedicated work of the hospital staff under the command of the Officer Commanding of Field Military Hospital SFHQ -Wanni Captain Dr Akalanka Rathnasekara.

He paid his sincere gratitude to all Officers and Other Ranks who contributed immensely to serve the Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps with dedication and commitment.

Major General K. P Sumanapala also thanked the Commander Security Forces-Wanni Major General Kumudu Perera for renovating the hospital and equipping it with modern facilities. |
