Troops of the 57 and 66 Divisions under the Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) learnt more on ‘Human Rights’ at both Nelumpiyasa auditorium and the Battalion Training School at Arasapurakulam during 7 - 8 March with the objective of educating Army personnel on the subject.

Commander, Security Forces - Kilinochchi, Major General Ralph Nugera has given his blessings to the project. Coordinating Officer in the Human Rights Commission in Vavuniya, Mr. M.R Priyadharshana conducted the programme. More than 14 Officers and 500 Other Ranks attended the lecture. |
