The newly-constructed two-storied mess building for Warrant Officers & Sergeants at the Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna (SFHQ-J) was vested in them during a formal ceremony, graced by Major General Darshana Hettiarachchi, Commander, Security Forces - Jaffna on Wednesday (23).

The construction erected through the Army funds cost Rs. 20 M was a much-needed facility for a long time at the SFHQ-J premises.

The opening ceremony was attended by a large group of Warrant Officers and Other Rankers. |
