Security Force Headquarters-Jaffna, adopting a more practical concern towards the needy and commemorating Christmas with a difference, donated a total of 7 wheelchairs to disabled civilians in and around Jaffna on Christmas day (25) after visiting their places of residence.

Major General Darshana Hettiarachchi, Commander, Security Forces - Jaffna taking a special interest in the project went directly to those families with a few Officers and gifted those wheelchairs to them as gestures of reconciliation and goodwill. He also inquired into their other needs and medical assistance, if any during the interactions. |
