900 plus troops of the Security Force Headquarters-West including Regimental Centers of the Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps and Sri Lankan National Guard on account of Unduwap Poya Full Moon Day (22) observed ' Sil' at Panagoda Army Temple and attended religious observances throughout the day in order to elevate their spiritual standards.

The programme consisted of a Bodhi Pooja, preceded by a procession that carried flowers for veneration.
