A private donor, known to Brigadier G.W.D.K. Jayathilake, General Officer Commanding, 66 Division (Infantry) gifted a stock of 20 x LED flashlights, worth about Rs 156,000/= for illumination of the 66 Division Headquarters at Pooneryn on Wednesday (26).

Mr S.P Leslie Pathirathna, an instructor of English Literature from Veyangoda who is well known to the 66 Division GOC who studied together at Bandarawela Central College with him, gifted the stock considering the need to have proper lighting during night hours. |
