An awareness programme on ‘Music Therapy’ was conducted at the Nelum Piyasa auditorium in Kilinochchi on the instructions of Major General Ralph Nugera, Commander, Security Forces - Kilinochchi (SF-KLN) on Friday (30).

The arrangement got underway under the supervision of Major General Vijitha Ravipriya, General Officer Commanding, 57 Division, for which Kalasuri Mr Pradeep Bogahawatte, a music veteran, together with his ‘Crescendo’ group contributed for two hours at a stretch, drawing pin-drop silence of the attendees.

52 Officers and 800 Other Ranks led by the GOC, 57 Division attended the programme on music therapy. |
