A workshop for Senior Non Commissioned Officers (SNCOs), designed to further improve their leadership, administrative and personal management abilities got underway at the School of Artillery in Minneriya during 15-17 November as per a suggestion articulated by the Colonel Commandant.

A total of 74 SNCOs working round the country attended the workshop and learnt more about logistics and means to boost up above-mentioned skills, etc.

Civil resource personnel and serving / retired senior Artillery Officers educated them on their specific areas of duties. |
