The newly-promoted General Officer Commanding (GOC), 14 Division, Major General Chula Abeynayake was honoured in a Guard Turnout presented by the 6 Gemunu Watch (GW) troops on Monday (26) at the Divisional Headquarters.

Afterwards, the GOC addressed the troops before he participated in refreshments.
