The Directorate of Psychological Operations intending to raise spiritual standards and mental peace among Officers and Other Ranks of the Armed Forces had one more meditation session at Kanduboda, ‘Bavunseth Vipassana Bhavana’ Centre on Friday (5).

59 Other Ranks and 3 Officers of the Army and 16 Sailors serving the Sri Lanka Navy participated in the sessions.
