Multi-religious programmes organized in Jaffna by the Security Force Headquarters- Jaffna blessed Army Flags on account of the forthcoming 69th Army anniversary Friday (5).

The ceremonies at first got underway at Nagavihara Buddhist Temple and it was followed by similar invocations at Jaffna Jumma Mosque, Nallur Kovil Hindu blessings and the special service, conducted in Our Lady of Refuge Church in Jaffna.

Major General Darshana Hettiarachchi, Commander, Security Forces - Jaffna, Commander Forward Maintain Area - North, General Officer Commanding, 51 Division, General Officer Commanding, 52 Division, General Officer Commanding, 55 Division, Senior Officers and a large number of military personnel took part in these ceremonies. |
