10 more Officers and 78 Other Rankers, including 3 Officers and 17 Other Rankers of the Sri Lanka Navy followed a one-day meditation session at the Baunseth Meditation Centre - Dekatana on Friday (28).

The programme was coordinated by the Directorate of Psychological Operations. Ven Diyasenpura Vimala Thero of the Baunseth Meditation Centre at Dekatana conducted the meditation sessions. |
