A team of doctors working for the Regional Director of Health Services and Kilinochchi hospital at the invitation of Major General Niyshshanka Ranawana, Commander, Security Forces - Kilinochchi coordinated with 66 Division and 663 Brigade troops and held a mobile medical clinic on Saturday (28) at Jayapuram school to examine civilians for dental caries and Non Communicable Diseases (NCDs).

Over 250 school students and civilians were examined and prescribed medicine during this arrangement. Some of them were provided with medicine, necessary consultations and references to meet specialists in peripheral hospitals.

Medical officers, Dr Kumaravel, Hamlet, Upeka, Rusiru and Daminda with their staff attended the mobile camp at the invitation of the Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi. |
