More than 58 Army personnel of the 143 Brigade came forward to donate blood during a programme, organized recently by the Puttalam District Secretariat’s Welfare Association to coincide with the Poson season.

The programme at the District Secretariat office was attended by a large gathering of donors. Major General Sathyapriya Liyanage, Commander, Security Forces - Central has directed the 14 Division and 143 Brigade to assist the project. |
