Troops of the 58 Division recently extended their support for control of Dengue epidemic during a campaign launched inside the Southlands College, Galle.

The programme jointly launched by the Southland College staff and 58 Division troops covered vulnerable areas in and around the school premises where incidence of Dengue had been reported.

A large number of Officers and Other Ranks on the directions of Major General Sudath Perera, General Officer Commanding, 58 Division destroyed mosquito breeding spots and other vulnerable locations.
