Troops of 652 and 653 Brigades of the 65 Division under the Security Force Headquarters -Kilinochchi took part in a few “Shramadana’ Projects in the area during 16-19 June.

Troops of the 1 Gajaba Regiment of 652 Brigade organized a ‘Shramadana’ campaign to clean the Koddeikaddeiyarkulam School premises and its surroundings.

Meanwhile, troops of 10 Sri Lanka Light Infantry of 653 Brigade conducted another ‘Shramadana’ drive to clean the Palinagar Sports Grounds in Thunnukkai area.

Both Shramadana campaigns were organized as per the concept of Commander, Security Forces - Kilinochchi, Major General Niyshshanka Ranawana under the supervision of Major General Kumara Peiris, General Officer Commanding, 65 Division.
