A delegation of US Pacific Command (PACOM) Augmentation Team for Information Support at the Embassy of United States of America in Sri Lanka paid a courtesy call on the Director Media of the Army, Brigadier Sumith Atapattu this afternoon (23).

The same team, which conducted a workshop on public relations for Army Officers a few months back during the meet with Brigadier Atapattu expressed their willingness to conduct one more such workshop again in consultation with the Commander of the Army.

The visit also coincided with the departure of two of those delegates upon completion of their tenure of office in Sri Lanka.

Captain Robert Vince, US Army, Pacific Command, Sergeant First Class Sean Ireland, US Army, Pacific Command, Sergeant Andrew Potter, US Army, Pacific Command and Sergeant Greg Heimall, US Army, Pacific Command were associated with the meeting.
