233 Brigade troops of the 23 Division under the Security Force Headquarters – East (SFHQ-E) conducted a two-day seminar for the students who are sitting for the GCE Ordinary Level Examination in 2017 in Welikanda area at Welikanda Madya Maha Vidyalaya during 29-30 November.

125 students around the Welikanda area participated in the seminar where Mathematics and Science subjects were taught. The seminar on Mathematics was conducted by Mr Dileepa Gunawardena from University of Moratuwa and the Science seminar was conducted by Mr Dasun Udara, a Road Development Authority (RDA) Engineer of Kegalle.

Major K.W.R.P Kumara, Civil Affairs Officer, 233 Brigade coordinated the seminar.
