A blood donation programme was organized by the 52 Division troops of the Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna (SFHQ-J) on account of the 22nd Anniversary of the 52 Division on 29 August 2017 at the Division Headquarters.

On the directions of Major General Aruna Wanniarachchi, General Officer Commanding of 52 Division, 6 Officers and 101 Other Rankers donated their blood with the assistance of staff members of the Jaffna Teaching Hospital.
