The newly-appointed General Officer Commanding (GOC), 68 Division, Major General H.R.N Fernando assumed duties at the 68 Division Headquarters in Mullaittivu on Wednesday (9).

He is the 7th GOC in 68 Division Headquarters under the Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu.

He placed his signature for an official document to signify the acceptance of his new office.

Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks attended the ceremony.
