Commander Security Forces - East (SF-E) made a formal visit to the Infantry Training Center (ITC) at Minneriya on Thursday (23).

During his visit, Major General Darshana Hettiarachchi, Commander, SF-E was greeted to a Guard Turnout in conformity with military traditions. Then, he was warmly welcomed by the Commandant, ITC, Minneriya.

The visiting Commander, SF-E exchanged views with the ITC instructors on matters pertaining to the training and inspected existing facilities available for instructors and trainees.

The Commander, SF-E afterwards left a complimentary remark in the visitors' book culminating the day's arrangement.
