Alcohol and Drug Information Centre (ADIC) in collaboration with the Directorate of Psychological Operations in the Army held two workshops on ‘Drugs and their use’ at the Security Force Headquarters - Wanni (SFHQ -W) and the Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna (SFHQ-J) during February 7 - 8.

A total of 08 officers and 100 other ranks representing SFHQ - W, and 18 officers and 295 other ranks of the SFHQ - J, participated in those two separate awareness programmes.

Lecture assistance to the programme was provided by the ADIC and a street drama was also staged by the Directorate of Army Band and Performing Arts during the sessions.
