Devotees at Konappulam and Myliddy areas in Jaffna attended the feast of Mulavai Kalawaththi Sebamalai Matha Church (Roseiro Church) on Thursday (9) with the participation of a large gathering.

On the request of the members of the Church Welfare Committee at Konappulam, Major General Mahesh Senanayaka, Commander, Security Forces - Jaffna (SF-J), together with Colonel Sanath Aluvihare, Brigade Commander, 515 Brigade and Lieutenant Colonel Harischandra Mayasinghe, Chief Coordinating Officer for Civil Affairs, Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna (SFHQ-J) attended the mass in the feast.

A symbolic gift was also awarded to Major General Mahesh Senanayaka, Commander, SF-J, in appreciation of his participation in the event.
