Two workshops educated woman soldiers on the theme, “Successful Family Life and Health” at 3 (V) Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps (SLAWC) Headquarters at Dehiattakandiya and 5 SLAWC Headquarters at Trincomalee during 23-24 January.

In response to a request of Major General Darshana Hettiarrachchi, Commander, Security Forces - East (SF-E), Mrs. Rathna Pushpa Kumari, a popular TV and Radio presenter educated those woman soldiers on the successful conduct of happy and healthy family life.

10 officers and 100 other ranks attended the workshops at both SLAWC battalion headquarters.
