Intending to improve knowledge on advanced English knowledge skills in the form of writing, speaking, listening and reading to match with latest communicative techniques, Security Force Headquarters - Wanni (SFHQ-W) launched a month-long programme from 5 December to 6 January at the SFHQ-W auditorium.

Major General J.R Kulatunga, Commander, Security Forces - Wanni has instructed the conduct of such a course for the benefit of 21 officers serving at various formations under the SFHQ-W.

All course attendees were awarded certificates by the Chief Guest, Brigadier C.S Atipola, Brigadier Admin and Quartering, SFHQ-W at the closing ceremony on Friday (6).
