Directorate of Psychological Operations of the Army-organized one more awareness lecture on ‘Illegal Social Activities’ was recently conducted at the Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) Regimental Headquarters main auditorium in the Army Cantonment, Panagoda.

The second phase of the series of awareness programmes is focused on Army personnel, serving at Regimental level after the project completed its operations at Security Force Headquarters (SFHQ) level. The awareness programme was attended by 15 Officers and 203 other ranks in the SLLI Regimental Headquarters.

Directorate of Preventive Medicine & Mental Health Services, Directorate of Legal and Alcohol & Drug Information Centre (ADIC) gave their assistance to conduct this programme.

The lecture assistance was given by Lieutenant Colonel J.A.U.J.C Jayasuriya, Directorate of Preventive Medicine & Mental Health Service and Captain Ruwini Rathnayake of the Directorate of Legal.

Mr Ajith Nawagamuwa from the ADIC also attended the occasion.
