Major General A.S de Z Wickramarathne, the newly-appointed Adjutant General (AG) assumed office this morning (8) amidst Buddhist religious blessings at the Army Headquarters.

Major General A.S de Z Wickramarathne, placed his signature to a formal document to mark the assumption of his office.

Several senior officers took part in the ceremony and extended their best wishes.
