Newly constructed Officers’ Mess, Corporal Club and Other Ranks’ Mess of 20 Sri Lanka Singha Regiment (SLSR) were opened recently.

The Commander Security Forces – Wanni, Major General Boniface Perera graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The General Officer Commanding, 61 Division, Brigadier Harendra Perera along with the Brigade Commanders of 611, 612, 613 Brigadiers took part in the opening ceremony. The construction work was carried out under the close supervision of Commanding Officer of the 22 SLSR it was a long due requirement for the Battalion.
