A career development course, meant for enhancement of professionalism and character-building of the middle-level officers ended on Tuesday (4) at the Security Force Headquarters - Wanni (SFHQ-W).

The course commenced on September 4 was attended by 20 Commanding Officers and second In Command officers of the SFHQ-W. Major General Boniface Perera, Commander, Security Forces - Wanni has given his blessings to the arrangements.

The course touched on perspectives regarding challenges in life, setbacks, civil-society attitudes and approaches, communication and command responsibilities.
