Outstanding Army Cricketers Rewarded at ‘Dialog’ Colours Awarding Ceremony

Four more Army Cricketers were awarded recognizing their excellence performance in the pitch during the ‘Dialog Colours Awarding Ceremony -2015’ organized by the Sri Lanka Cricket Committee held at Hotel ‘Waters Edge on Monday (19).

During this prestigious ‘Dialog Colours Awarding Ceremony -2015’, following Army cricketers including a woman cricketer were awarded with the title stated against their names.

          B. A. W. Mendis of Sri Lank Artillery Regiment - ‘Best Bowler in the one day series’.  

          Lance Bombardier D. G. A. S Gunarathne of 6 Sri Lanka Artillery Regiment – Best in all round at the ‘Premier League Tournament’

          Trooper A. Y. R. De Silva of Sri Lanka Armoured Corps Regiment - Emerging Best all rounder at the ‘Premier League Tournament’

          Private P. D. K. Sandamalee of 4 Sri Lanka Women Corps Regiment –Team Captain of Runners-up Team at the ‘Inter Club Level II Cricket Tournament’
