Mr Anthony Daiziel, Head of Operations for South Asia of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Headquarters, Geneva  and the  newly-appointed Head of Delegation - ICRC in Sri Lanka, Mrs Claire Meytraud visited the Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) on Thursday (15) to meet Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe Commander, SFHQ-KLN. 

Mr Anthony Daiziel and Mrs Claire Meytraud during their courtesy visit briefed the Commander on current ICRC roles in the North during exchange of views.
