A Guard Turn Out and a Guard of Honour saluted the outgoing Colonel of the Regiment, Sri Lanka National Guard, Major General Ranjan Lamahewage in accordance with military traditions during a formal farewell, held at the Regimental Centre premises in Kurunegala on Sunday (11) sticking to health guidance.
Addressing the troops, the outgoing Colonel of the Regiment thanked All Ranks for their generous assistance and support, extended to him during his tenure.
The outgoing Colonel of the Regiment, SLNG received best wishes and moved out from the premises in a street-line salute, typical during such occasions.
