Under the directions of the Commander, Security Forces - Mullaittivu, new pre-fabricated residential quarters was constructed to enhance the facilities to the troops at ‘Victory Monument’ at Pudukkudiyiruppu on 27 December 2023. The project was carried out by 6 Sri Lanka National Guard and troops of 68 Infantry Division.
