Troops of Security Forces (East) Conduct Beach Cleaning Programme

Under the guidance of the Commander of the Army, troops of the Security Forces (East) conducted a Beach Cleaning Programme under the theme “Protecting Our Shores, Preserving Marine Life, and Creating a Cleaner, Greener Future!” on 16 February 2025, in line with the Clean Sri Lanka initiative.

The Commander of the Security Forces (East), Major General P.R Pathiravithana USAWC psc, General Officers Commanding, troops under the 22, 23, and 24 Infantry Divisions, members of civil organisations, and civilians, also took part in the cleaning initiative.
