A delegation from the Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College (RDFCSC), currently undergoing advanced military training, met the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf-ndu psc IG, during their visit to Sri Lanka on Tuesday (11).
The visit was part of the RDFCSC’s annual training programme for senior officers. The delegation was led by Colonel Lausanne Nsengimana and included Senior Directing Staff member Lieutenant Colonel Jean Baptiste Uwiminsi, along with two student Officers.
During the meeting, the Commander of the Army welcomed the RDFCSC Officers to his office, engaging in discussions on their visit and exchanging insights on security matters and bilateral military relations.
To commemorate their visit to Army Headquarters, the RDFCSC delegation and the Army Chief exchanged mementos as a symbol of goodwill and cooperation.
