Marksmanship and Sniper Training School (MSTS) in Diyatalawa bade farewell to Major General W.P Kariyawasam the Outgoing Commandant of MSTS during a simple occasion on 30 April 2024.
The Outgoing Commandant was greeted in a Guard Turnout at the entrance and he symbolically handed over his duties by placing his signature in an official document. Adding memories to the day, he posed for a group photograph with MSTS Staff.
Afterwards, he addressed the troops and a memento was presented to him by the MSTS troops. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks were also present during the event.
