Major General W.P.A.D.W Nanayakkara RSP VSV USP ndu, Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Army and Colonel of the Regiment of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR), paid an official visit to the 3rd Battalion of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment on 31st January 2025.
Upon his arrival he was warmly welcomed by the Commanding Officer, 3 SLSR according him a Guard Turnout.
Afterward, he addressed the troops and shared his thoughts and views for future concern.
Then Major F.J Samaranayake RSP, the Commanding Officer, 3 SLSR presented a memento to commemorate his visit.
The event concluded with signing of Visitors' Book and conducting a visit of ‘A’ Company at Piduruthalagala.
