Army troops supported a blood donation campaign organized by the English Bee Academy and its students on the guidelines given by the Commander, Security Forces-Central (SF-C) at Kadurugoda historical temple, Diyatalawa on Wednesday (15).
The blood donating programme started after the Chief Incumbent of Kadurugoda temple invoked blessings.
More than 60 Army personnel serving the 7 Sri Lanka Signal Corps, 7 Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police and 2 Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers together with villagers participated in the meritorious programme.
