The 591 Infantry Brigade celebrated its 17th Anniversary with a series of events conducted under the guidance of Brigadier M.J. Ubeysekera RSP psc, Commander of the 591 Infantry Brigade, on 13 December 2024.
On the anniversary day, troops organised a cricket tournament and a Kovil blessing ceremony. Subsequently, they participated in a Bodhi Pooja ceremony held at the camp premises.
Later, the Commander of the 591 Infantry Brigade addressed the troops and engaged with them during an all-rank lunch. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks took part in the programme.
