The Sri Lanka Army marked a proud achievement at the Pakistan Army Team Spirit Competition 2026, securing a gold medal for the second time and reaching a significant milestone in its international military engagements.
Competing against 24 teams, including contingents from 19 friendly foreign nations, the Sri Lankan team displayed exceptional physical endurance, tactical excellence and outstanding soldierly skills throughout the demanding competition.
The competition rigorously tested the participants, pushing them to the highest standards of physical endurance, agility and mental alertness. For the second time in the Sri Lanka Army PATS history, the Sri Lanka Army team clinches the gold medal, a remarkable achievement considering their past performances, which were limited to silver last year.
