Under the guidance of the Commander of the Army, the troops of the 542 Infantry Brigade, along with civilians in the area, conducted a cleaning initiative at the irrigation canal connecting the Giant’s Tank at Mathottam as part of the 'Clean Sri Lanka' initiative on 25 May 2025.

The troops of 9 Gajaba Regiment (GR) conducted a donation programme at the 9 GR premises on 26 May 2025.

The 2nd Battalion of the Gajaba Regiment conducted a Dry Ration and Lunch Packet Donation Programme under the guidance of the Commander, Security Forces (East), Major General P. R. Pathiravithana, USAWC psc, and the close supervision of the General Officer Commanding, 22 Infantry Division.

Under the guidance of the Commander, Security Forces - Wanni, Major General K.M.P.S.B Kulatunga RSP ndc psc, and on the instructions of the General Officer Commanding, 21 Infantry Division, troops of the 211 Infantry Brigade, 9 Gajaba Regiment and 5(V) Gajaba Regiment, voluntarily donated blood during a campaign held at Padaviya Hospital on 07 June 2025. The initiative was conducted in collaboration with the Red Cross Society of Royal College, Colombo, as part of their 46th Annual Blood Donation Campaign.

Troops of the 23rd Battalion of the Gemunu Watch (GW) organised a donation and de-mining awareness programme for children at Muhamale RCTM School on 14 June 2025.

Troops of 12 Infantry Division participated in the blood donation programme, which was organized by the Buddhist Compassion Relief “Tzu Chi” Foundation at Siribopura, Hambantota on 29th April 2025.

Under the guidance of the Commander of the Army and in line with the "Clean Sri Lanka" initiative, which prioritizes civilian wellbeing, the 4 Gamunu Watch of the 232 Infantry Brigade organized a blood donation programme in the Unnachchiviya area on 5 April 2025. The programme aimed to replenish the area's blood supply.

The troops of the 9th Sri Lanka Artillery, operating under the 233 Infantry Brigade, recently established a water supply project in Mahasenpura village.

Under the guidance of the Commander of the Army and in line with the "Clean Sri Lanka" initiative, troops of the 4 Sri Lanka National Guard and 2 Engineer Services Regiment conducted a renovation and cleaning programme at Anuradhapura Railway Station from 26 March 2025 to 30 March 2025.

A dog vaccination and sterilization programme was conducted from 24 March 2025 to 6 April 2025 by the 54 Infantry Division, in collaboration with Bridging Lanka and the veterinary partner "Vets for Future."
